About Yoga Classes
What My Classes Are Really Like
For me, yoga isn’t just a workout, it’s a “work in.” I focus on helping you find real stillness and emotional balance, not just nailing a pose for Instagram. I follow the Iyengar yoga tradition, which means we get into the details - alignment, precision, and using props like blocks, ropes, and chairs. Props are total game-changers, trust me. They make prop-based yoga classes doable for anyone, no matter your body type.
Safe Vibe, No Judgment
There's no “perfect pose” pressure. You do you, without worrying about anyone staring. We’re basically a little tribe - we support each other, learn together, and yeah, laugh a lot. It’s as much about community as it is about the asanas.
Who My Classes Are For
- Iyengar yoga for beginners and regulars who want to build awareness, strength, and stability.
- Restorative yoga sessions for those needing to slow down and recharge. I include stuff like Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
- Yoga classes for kids and teens - playful, fun, and focused on making them confident and mobile.
- Specialized sessions: Prenatal yoga, yoga for athletes, runners, the works.
You can join in at my Lavelle Road studio in Bengaluru or log in from home. Zindagi se pyaar karo, mat pe milte hain! (Love life, see you on the mat!)

My Story
Since 1999, we’ve been a wild bunch—my husband, my son, and me. Always moving, always growing, sometimes sweating buckets together. My heart bursts watching my boy turn into a kind vegan warrior. Plant-based life? Compassion first, friends not food. Gave up dairy—should’ve done it sooner. We travel, dance, chase mountains and waves. People ask, ‘Where are you?’ not ‘How are you?’ That’s me. One world, one wave—don’t wait, add life to your days.
My Work
Yoga & Dance Sessions - We offer Iyengar alignment yoga, Aqua yoga for kids, Bollywood somatic dance, and restorative prana flow sessions.
All About Connection - Props, walls, sometimes each other—yoga here is about finding your sweet spot, not perfection.
Safe Space, No Judgement - Come as you are. Every pose looks different, every wobble gets a laugh. This mat’s for everyone.
Retreats & Community - Our plant-based wellness retreats blend yoga, pranayama, nature, and sewa. Dinacharya guides us.
