Time to slow down and recharge. My restorative sessions focus on stillness, deep breathing, and the healing power of props, helping you find balance amidst the city's hustle.

Our "Glow & Flow" workshop was a magical evening of candlelight meditation and mindful yoga. It's in these quiet moments, surrounded by community, that we truly reconnect with our souls.

Stillness is not the absence of movement, but the creation of a space to feel and think. Here, we use chairs for a supported backbend, allowing the body to relax completely and the mind to become quiet.

"Adopt the pace of nature, her secret is patience." Finding stillness in Supta Padmasana (Reclined Lotus Pose) under a tree, I am reminded to slow down and connect with the healing calm of the natural world.

We often prioritize the "workout," but what about the "work in?" My restorative sequences use supported postures like this one to develop emotional stability and allow for deep concentration and relaxation.

From the dynamic energy of Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) to the complete surrender of Savasana. This sequence shows the journey within a single class, moving from effort to ease and finding deep rest.

At the Kamakhya temple, I lit a lamp and reflected on the sacred energy of Shakti. My practice honors this divine feminine power, encouraging a connection to our inner wisdom and strength.

About Restorative & Meditative Sessions

We don't just 'relax'—we use chairs, ropes, and bolsters to support your body so your nervous system can actually switch off. If you’ve struggled with meditation because your mind won't stop racing, these props help hold your body in place, giving your mind the physical permission it needs to truly settle and release deep-seated tension.
