In my classes, we transform into warriors, not worriers. Using props like chairs, we build strength, confidence, and compassion together, making powerful poses like Virabhadrasana accessible to everyone in a supportive group setting.

The true value of yoga has to be experienced. In my Iyengar classes, we use hands-on adjustments and even each other as props to safely deepen poses like Pincha Mayurasana, ensuring proper alignment and a stronger mind-body connection.

I believe in finding your flow wherever you are. Practicing yoga in nature, like this session by a waterfall, reminds us to be calm like the forest and rooted like the trees, drawing our breath closer to nature's rhythm.

It’s pure joy to see my youngest students progress in their practice. In our kids' yoga classes, we focus on building strength, mobility, and focus in a playful way, activating their hearts and minds through poses like Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose).
