People keep asking, "Itna yoga karke kya milta hai?" (What do you get from so much yoga?) My answer is simple - sukoon, real peace of mind. For me, yoga is not just an exercise. It’s a lifestyle. My approach is rooted in discipline, not trends.
My Approach: Traditional Ashtanga
As a traditional AshTangi, I stick to the core methods. If you love your body, we do asanas. If you want to understand your breath, we practice pranayama. If you want to go deeper, we meditate. Every class is about connection - movement, breath, and stillness, all together.
- We work with the primary series yoga practice, but I always have modifications ready.
- Classes are structured, but not rigid. Expect Mysore style Ashtanga elements, where you learn at your own pace with my guidance.
- Breath-led movement yoga is a big focus, using Indian traditional yoga methods for genuine results.
What Happens in Class
- We start with basics like Surya Namaskar and build up to arm balances and headstands, but no pressure to keep up - you move at your pace.
- Powerful pranayama (like Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom) is a regular thing.
- I add Dand (old-school Indian push-ups) for real strength, not just flexibility.
- Every class ends with meditation and Savasana - letting benefits sink in.
For Everyone
Doesn’t matter if you’re new or already deep in practice. I give variations and corrections, but main kaam toh aapka hi hai (the main work is yours). I’ll guide, but you have to show up for yourself. That’s how real change happens.

My Story
Main Vaibhav hoon, AshTangi through and through. Yoga is my way of life, not just mat pe exercise. Sukoon chahiye toh mountains or Cubbon park mein yoga karo – nature ka vibe alag hi hai. Mere partner Payal ke saath, har subah Ashtanga sun salutation karte hain. Vyaayaam se hi asli sukh milta hai, health bhi, strength bhi. Mere saath yoga journey pe chalo, body aur mind dono halka ho jayega.
