Why I Dance
Dance is where I find my truth. For me, it goes beyond perfecting steps or routines - it’s about feeling the music, letting go, and connecting with myself. Sometimes it’s pure celebration, sometimes it’s about letting off steam, and on tough days it’s just how I get through.
My Approach
- It’s about moving in a way that feels right for you. No pressure, no judgement.
- I guide you through simple somatic dance healing, focusing on releasing stress and emotions stuck in the body.
- If you’re looking for expressive movement for stress relief or just want to dance for the fun of it, you’re in the right place.
- We work with the body’s natural flow, especially around the spine, hips, and shoulders, to help prana (energy) move freely.
What I Offer
- Mind-body movement therapy sessions using free-flowing dance therapy. These are personal, intuitive, and meditative.
- Bollywood, semi-classical, and sangeet choreography for individuals, couples, and families - perfect for weddings or special events. If you want a flashmob or a Dandiya night for namma ooru (our town), I’m all in.
- Group sessions to create joy and connection, whether you want deep healing or just to celebrate with friends.
