My classes are rooted in the Iyengar tradition, where we focus on precision and detail. We use props like ropes, chairs, and blocks to make asanas accessible, build body awareness, and achieve a deeper, safer, and more holistic practice.

Restorative & Meditative Sessions

These sessions are your time to slow down, recharge, and find true stillness. We use props for support in long-held poses and practice techniques like Yoga Nidra, pranayama, and candlelight meditation to calm the fluctuations of the mind.

Yoga for Kids & Teens

My classes for young people are playful, fun, and focused on building confidence and mobility. We use games, partner poses, and props to teach them how to feel good from the inside out, cultivating harmony and focus in a supportive group.

Yoga for Life: Community & Connection

My studio is more than just a place to practice, it's a tribe. We support each other, learn together, and share moments of joy, from partner yoga and group retreats to simply sharing a laugh on the mat.

I offer tailored yoga sessions to meet specific needs, whether you're an expecting mother or an athlete looking to improve performance. My prenatal classes focus on safe movement, while sessions for runners and athletes build strength, mobility, and body awareness.

Yoga Beyond the Mat: Nature & Travel

For me, yoga is a way of life that extends beyond the studio. I find my mat everywhere, from a sandy beach to a forest floor, connecting with nature and finding balance and joy wherever my journey takes me.
