I have recently started churning my own artisanal gelato right here in my Vashi kitchen, and the Belgian Chocolate Bliss is already a favorite. It is made for the purists, being thick, rich, and intensely chocolatey without any artificial shortcuts.
From Our Kitchen is where I experiment with new recipes, seasonal ingredients, and the small-batch treats that do not always fit into my standard categories. While my sourdough and eggless cheesecakes remain the foundation of what I do, this space is dedicated to the new and special items in my daily baking routine.
When you walk into my Vashi cafe, you might find a new gelato flavor that I spent the week perfecting or a special pastry that I decided to bake on a whim. I take the same approach here as I do with everything else: slow, careful, and with an emphasis on quality ingredients.
