I bake my own sourdough daily to make breakfast worth waking up for. From creamy avocado toasts to Goan-spiced egg dishes, my kitchen is ready for your morning rush or a lazy weekend start.

About Hearty Breakfasts

Breakfast runs from 8 am to 11 am, and everything is made to order. If you are coming in, keep in mind that my kitchen moves fast but handles with care—our sourdough toast is slow-fermented for 24 hours, which gives it that signature tang, but it also means we sometimes run out of fresh loaves by late morning on busy weekends.

Why breakfast at my cafe is different

I don’t believe in mass-producing breakfast. Whether you are grabbing a quick coffee on your way to work or settling in for a long morning, the food needs to be consistent. My breakfast menu centers on my bread program. Using slow-fermented sourdough, I prepare everything from the Golden Crunch Avo to my personal favorite, the Eggxactly Kheema.

The menu highlights

  • Egg-focused dishes: My Goan-style Cafreal eggs bring a bit of home to your plate. They are bold, green-masala heavy, and perfect when mopped up with a slice of my house-baked bread.
  • Sourdough Sandwiches: I use a base of country sourdough or bagels. These are meals designed to keep you full. The Umami Melt is a particular crowd-pleaser for those who want something savory and cheesy.
  • The Coffee: Breakfast isn't complete without a strong cup. I pull single-origin espresso shots for every latte and americano. If you’re not a coffee person, my thick hot chocolate is a rich, velvety alternative that pairs surprisingly well with a salty sourdough toast.

Planning your visit

My cafe is located in Vashi, right in the heart of Navi Mumbai. We operate from 8 am to 11 am for the breakfast service, so make sure to drop by early. On weekends, the vibe shifts to a slower, brunch-style pace, which is the best time to try the full menu. Note that I am closed on Mondays—it’s when I recharge and get the next batch of sourdough starter ready for the week.
