If you are celebrating a birthday, I create custom designs that are minimalist and elegant, focusing on the quality of the sponge and the cream rather than complex structures. I operate out of Hiranandani Estate, Thane, and deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because I handle everything from the scratch-mixing of the batter to the final dusting of cocoa, I can only take a limited number of orders each day.
