I believe food should reflect the time of year and the mood of the community in Navi Mumbai. Seasons change how we eat, and I love capturing those shifts in my kitchen.

When the summer heat hits, my Mango Menu takes over. You will find items like a crisp tart shell with mango chili basil, or soft bomboloni filled with fresh fruit pulp. It is all about using the best produce at the right time.

For occasions like Ramadan, I put together special boxes meant for sharing. These include a mix of savoury poee sandwiches, brioche, and sweet treats like mousse or cheesecake cups.
