Everything we bake at Moi Doughssier is completely eggless. I started this patisserie so folks with egg allergies or vegetarians (like most of my family) can still enjoy full-on decadent treats. No shortcuts, no weird aftertastes - just genuine flavour.

Famous Basque Cheesecake

Our Eggless Basque cheesecake is basically the talk of Navi Mumbai. It’s got that burnt caramelised top and a creamy, rich middle. You can grab it classic, or go wild with pistachio kunafa, Lotus Biscoff, or even gulab jamun fusion. Each version has its own loyal fans.

Bomboloni: More Than Just Doughnuts

Think soft Italian doughnuts, stuffed till they practically burst. Chocolate custard is the star, but there’s also sea salt caramel, vanilla, and whatever flavour I’m currently obsessed with. All vegetarian, no eggs hiding anywhere.

Croissants With Local Vibes

Our croissants are the real deal - flaky, buttery, and handmade. But don’t be surprised if you find a desi twist in the flavours. Lagta French, par andar se pura local (Looks French, but totally desi at heart). We do almond and savoury versions too.

From chocolate-cherry tarts to mango-chilli basil experiments, there’s always something new. Mousse, tiramisu tres leches, and loads of seasonal specials - I keep the counter fresh so you never get bored.

My Story

Hey, we’re Moi Doughssier. Started off just baking breads for pre-orders, now we’ve got a whole café in Vashi – still feels wild sometimes. Nafisa here, pastry chef, obsessed with making food that’s got some soul. Our Basque cheesecake? People say it’s the best in Navi Mumbai. We’re all about that mix – French style, desi feels (Indian vibes). Every bake’s got a story, and yeah, loads of late nights too.
