My eggless Basque cheesecake is what started it all. It has a beautifully caramelized, burnt top and a velvety, creamy center. Here you can see it served plain or drizzled with a rich chocolate or vibrant raspberry sauce.

My legendary hot chocolate is thick, rich, and made from high quality chocolate. It's the perfect comfort drink, especially when you dip a freshly baked, flaky butter croissant into it.

Bringing a taste of Goa to Vashi with my Chicken Cafreal Poee Sandwich. I bake the traditional Goan poee bread in house and stuff it with flavourful cafreal chicken, serving it with crispy kappa chips and a creamy dip.

For a refreshing twist on your coffee, try my Orange Americano. It's a vibrant combination of a bold espresso shot poured over chilled orange juice, garnished with a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary.

My Bomboloni are soft, pillowy Italian doughnuts that I make fresh daily. This video shows them being fried to a perfect golden brown, rolled in sugar, and generously filled with delicious custards and creams.
