At Moi Doughssier, coffee is a craft I treat with the same respect as my sourdough. My coffee bar isn't a machine-heavy, impersonal station; it is a space for exploration. If you want something traditional, my classic Latte or French Press is always reliable, but I love pushing boundaries with flavours that stick.
