I bake everything to order from my home kitchen in Airoli, which means I handle the entire process from sourcing premium couverture chocolate to the final, delicate piping. Because I work in small batches, I can focus on getting the textures exactly right, whether it is a gooey brownie or a soft Korean cream cheese bun.
