Monthly Group Strength & Conditioning
Training Format
- Access to daily 1 hour group batches (Mon to Sat) focusing on high intensity functional movements.
- Workout style mixes bodyweight calisthenics (burpees, pushups), partner drills, and HIIT circuits.
- Includes guided outdoor activities like 5km runs and agility cone drills on premises.
- Moderate group size (10 to 20 participants) to ensure community motivation.
Facility & Equipment
- Garage style, fan cooled training environment (non AC) designed for sweat tolerance.
- Old school iron plates, barbells, and dumbbells for compound lifting (Squats, Deadlifts).
- High density EVA mats suitable for barefoot or indoor shoe training.
- Includes punching bags and pull up bars; no selectorized cardio machines available.
1-on-1 Personal Strength Coaching
Coaching Structure
- Includes 12 private training sessions per month (approx. 3 sessions per week).
- Fully customized programming tailored to goals like weight loss, muscle gain, or sport specific conditioning.
- Provides undivided attention for form correction, spotting heavy lifts, and pushing past failure points.
- Includes assisted stretching sessions post workout for recovery.
Planning & Support
- Personalized diet advice focusing on practical, home cooked nutrition plans.
- Manual tracking of strength gains, rep maxes, and body measurements.
- Flexible scheduling to match client availability rather than fixed batch timings.
Facility Access
- Includes full access to the gym floor and equipment during non session hours for independent practice.

What Training Feels Like
For me, fitness is a daily choice, not a side gig. I push you to build not just muscle, but mental clarity and self-belief. Je tusi sher nahi ho, ta shikar ho veere (If you’re not a lion, you’re the prey, brother). The real fight? Always inside your own head.
The Maafai Method
- Strength & Power: Classic weight training mixed with bodyweight moves. Think barbells, dumbbells, pull-ups, push-ups.
- HIIT workouts for stamina: CrossFit-inspired routines push your endurance and test your limits.
- Athletic body transformation: Cardio, agility, and strength work together for a lean, athletic look.
- Flexibility & Focus: We stretch and add Yoga, because tight muscles mean injuries and slow progress.

My Story
I started MAAFAI in 2013, not just to teach kicks and punches, but to make people feel strong inside. Dekho, samaj mein (look, in society), women and kids face tough times. So, I took it as my zimmedari (duty) to show them how to stand tall. That summer camp in the gaon (village) – kids learning about 'gud touch, bed touch' – still sticks with me. Respect from Geeta Bhati ji, villagers, that’s real payment. Training 250 girls at GL Bajaj, watching them change – bas, that’s why I do this.
My Work

Easy Start for Beginners - Martial arts looks tough, but we get total beginners moving in 3 months – from basic punches to wrestling.
Special Focus: Women & Kids - Our women's self-defense classes and kids bullying prevention programs help you stand up for yourself, no matter what.
