How Training Looks Here
- No fancy machines, just the real stuff: flipping tyres, battle ropes, kettlebells, rope climbs, box jumps.
- Every session is a mix of functional strength training for fighters and high-intensity combat workouts.
- Real boxing and MMA conditioning drills, not just fitness moves. I’ll yell, “Arre maar usko! Kya kar raha hai? Guard up!” (Come on, hit harder! What are you doing? Guard up!)—because that’s the vibe here.
- Agility drills and partner padwork keep things unpredictable and challenging.

My Story
People see fighters and think—aggression, right? Nah. At Sanshinkan MMA FitZone, it’s all about respect and discipline, whether you’re a kid nervously tying your belt or a woman learning to throw her first punch. Medals from Ajmer to Delhi, sure, that’s nice, but teaching self-defense to NGO kids? That’s real victory. We’re a squad, a family. ‘Discover the warrior in you’—everyone’s welcome, no airs.
