Pricing Guide
3-Day Karate Foundation Program
Core Training
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Syllabus: Introduction to Shito-Ryu Karate, stances (Seikodaichi), and basic striking.
- Physical Prep: 15-minute warm-up with cardio and static stretching.
Facility & Coaching
- Class Structure: Group instruction with an approx 1:15 student-teacher ratio.
- Equipment: Use of EVA puzzle mats and kicking shields for target practice.
- Skill Building: Focus on dojo etiquette, discipline, and vocalization (Kiai).
- Note: White Karate Gi (uniform) is mandatory and usually purchased separately.
Daily MMA Fitness & Combat Training
Training Intensity
- Frequency: Up to 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes including extended conditioning.
- Styles: Mix of Kickboxing striking, Western Boxing drills, and basic MMA ground movements.
- Fitness: Functional circuits using battle ropes, agility ladders, and plyometric boxes.
Combat Drills
- Equipment: Unlimited access to hanging heavy bags for power drills.
- Partner Work: Focus mitt training and timing drills.
- Practical Skills: Integrated self-defense scenarios like wrist grabs and choke defense.
Pro-Athlete Competition & Weapons Track
Advanced Curriculum
- Access: Unlimited entry to morning and evening slots plus weekend workshops.
- Weaponry: Training in Kobudo instruments including Nunchaku and Bo Staff.
- Grappling: Inclusion of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) rolling sessions.
- Contact: Controlled full-contact sparring (Kumite) with protective gear.
Competition Focus
- Prep: Specific drills for WKF style point-scoring and tournament strategy.
- Mentorship: Advanced Kata instruction and form correction by senior black belts.
- Grading: Guidance and preparation for Belt Grading exams.

Yes, you’ll sweat and push your limits, but more than that, you’ll build mental peace and real confidence. I’m not here to make you a fighter who picks a fight. I want to help you become calm, powerful, and ready for anything.
What Training Looks Like
- I started out in parks and now I’ve won medals for India on the world stage. You’ll get to train directly with me and my team of Senseis.
- Beginners, pros, kids, adults, everyone’s welcome here.
- We keep it super energetic - expect me to say, “Thoda tez karo, fast!” (Come on, move faster!) when you’re slacking.
What We Teach
- Karate for kids and adults (Shito-Ryu style): basics, forms, sparring, and real-life application (bunkai).
- Women’s self-defense classes: practical moves against grabs, holds, and attacks you might actually face.
- MMA fitness training, kickboxing, and boxing: high-intensity, loads of conditioning, and power drills.
- Traditional weapon training: nunchaku, bo staff, and more, for focus and coordination.
Who Should Join
Kids as young as 2, teens, working adults, even seniors. We make sure everyone, including women and differently-abled folks, feels safe and included. Training here is tough, but you’ll laugh, sweat, and grow stronger together.
You’ll leave not just fitter, but more confident and ready to handle life, not just fights.

My Story
Started out in a regular park, just a kid chasing dreams. Fifteen years later, here we are - medals, black belt, all that jazz, but honestly, the real kick is seeing folks change, inside out. MMA Masterkickers isn’t just about punches and kicks. It’s about finding your own power, building mental strength, and yes, thoda power lagao! (Put in some power!) That’s what we’re about.
