About this collection
We do not train on hard gym floors. Every session happens on 25mm shock-absorbent EVA foam mats in our Timarpur dojo. This setup is crucial for protecting your joints during jumps, burpees, and agility drills, whether you are 16 or 60, allowing you to train harder without the fear of injury.

Most gyms treat every member the same, but a teenager’s goals differ from a senior’s. My sessions at MMA Masterkickers are strictly inclusive. We strip away the intimidating atmosphere found in typical gyms and focus on technique, consistency, and safe, progressive movement.

Our dedicated 6 PM slot for teenagers is one of our most popular batches. It is not just about weight loss or building muscle; it is about providing young adults with a positive outlet, teaching them discipline, and helping them build habits that stick. For my adult and senior members, we focus on functional movements—training that helps you carry groceries, climb stairs, and move without pain.
