About this collection

We train barefoot on 25mm EVA foam mats, because your feet need to feel the ground to build real stability. It isn't just about crunches; we use dynamic movements like bear crawls and stick-assisted stretching to unlock range of motion you didn't know you had.

Building a core that acts as a powerhouse for your body involves more than just standard ab exercises. At our Timarpur studio, we strip away the monotony of typical gym sessions. We keep group sizes manageable, usually 12-20 people, so you get proper form correction from our trainers. If you find your body feels stiff or you are struggling with limited movement, our dynamic stretching routine is the fix. No fancy machines, just your own body weight, mats, and the right technique.
