About Strength & Conditioning for Combat Sports
Not Just Lifting – Real Fight Power
I don’t train folks just to look good at the beach. Here, it’s about building strength and gas tank that actually shows up on the mat. Samajh ke karo, ratta nahi (Understand what you’re doing, don’t just memorize). Every move in my sessions connects to something you’ll use in a real fight, whether you’re a grappler or striker.
What Training Looks Like
- Functional Strength: Barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight - all about those compound lifts. Think thrusters, squats, overhead presses. I’m picky about form, so you’ll always have an eye on you.
- Combat Conditioning: You’ll do your endurance work when you’re already tired, just like in a real match. Sometimes it’s right after wrestling or Muay Thai class. Expect animal crawls, partner drills, explosive strength drills for MMA.
- Core Work: Every session has core. Can’t throw a punch or take someone down without it.
Who Shows Up
Doesn’t matter if you’re new or gearing up for your next fight. Everyone trains together, all levels. If you want real results for combat sports endurance workouts or just want to toughen up, you’ll fit right in.
Tribe Vibes
We train as a group. No solo warriors here. Iron sharpens iron, and we push each other. You’ll get support, accountability, and a crew as hungry as you are.
