High-Energy Training and Conditioning
Forget repetitive treadmill sessions. We train with intensity, mixing CrossFit, combat drills, and agility work to build a stronger, faster version of you.
This is how we train. My sessions are a mix of high-intensity drills like battle ropes, agility work, and functional movements to build all-around fitness. I keep things varied so your body is always challenged and you never get bored.
The energy of a group session is unmatched. Here, you see our members pushing through a tough conditioning circuit with battle ropes and bodyweight exercises. We train together, we sweat together, and we get stronger together.
We also focus on advanced bodyweight training like calisthenics to build incredible functional strength. This is a demonstration of an inverted row on gymnastic rings, an exercise that builds a powerful back and core.
Explosive power is key for any athlete. Here, one of our younger members performs plyometric box jumps, a fantastic exercise for developing leg strength and vertical leap. This shows that we train people of all ages to be powerful.
My training incorporates combat fitness drills to make workouts more engaging and practical. Here, I'm guiding members through punching and kicking combinations on pads, which builds cardio, coordination, and self-defense skills.
Age is no barrier to getting fit and strong. This is one of our most dedicated members, Mrs. Kiran Ji, who at 60 years old, is a true inspiration and regularly smashes her workouts, from kettlebell swings to stair climbs.
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness. In this video, I explain how our group classes are designed for everyone, covering everything from fat loss and CrossFit to strength training, all supported by nutritional guidance from certified trainers.
About this collection
Most gyms run the same routine until you get bored. Here, we mix agility ladders, battle ropes, and calisthenics because your body needs constant shocks to adapt. Whether you are a teenager or hitting 60 like Mrs. Kiran, you will be performing functional movements on our 25mm foam mats that translate to real-world strength, not just gym aesthetics.
Training with Intent
We don't do boring. My philosophy as a coach is built on the reality that your body stops changing when it gets comfortable. That is why our sessions at the Timarpur dojo are never identical. We focus on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that incorporates CrossFit methodology, agility drills, and combat-based conditioning. You are not just lifting weights here; you are training like an athlete.
The Gear and The Grind
We use tools that force you to engage your entire body. You will be working with 50-80kg tractor tires, heavy battle ropes, gymnastic rings, and plyometric boxes. These aren't machines that move for you; you are the engine. We prioritize functional strength, meaning the explosive power you build here on our interlocking mats helps you in daily life, sports, and self-defense scenarios.
Inclusive Intensity
One of the biggest misconceptions about martial arts or CrossFit is that it is only for the young or elite. Our classes are designed for everyone. We have dedicated teens training in the evenings, and we have regular members in their 60s who prove that consistency beats age every single time. Our group sessions (12-20 people) foster a competitive yet supportive environment where you push harder because the person next to you is doing the same. If you are ready to stop going through the motions and actually train, this is where you start.
MMA Masterkickers
I am Kartikeya, and I started this academy because I was tired of gyms where people just stare at screens while walking on treadmills. We train like athletes here, whether you are here for weight loss or just to get stronger. I do not care where you are starting from, as long as you are ready to put in the work.
