What Makes Us Different
I don't run a regular gym program. At Vajra MMA, we train hard, stay fit, and push limits. My goal is to help you get stronger, leaner, and sharper - both physically and mentally. Discipline and a never-quit attitude are part of the deal.
Delhi-NCR Ka Scene
Honestly, ye setup Delhi-NCR mein milna mushkil hai (finding this setup in Delhi-NCR is tough). Multiple coaches, all active fighters, bring the latest techniques straight from the ring. Hum ek hi banda har cheez mein perfect nahi manta (we don't believe one person can do everything perfectly), so you get expert guidance for every aspect.
How We Build You Up
- Raw Strength: Compound lifts like squats and bench presses for real power. Bodyweight mastery - pull-ups, dips, push-ups, resistance bands. Core conditioning that's next level.
- Elite Conditioning: Functional fitness circuits with battle ropes, skipping, agility hurdles, medicine ball slams. High-intensity endurance drills - outdoor runs, stair climbs, wrestling moves like SAPATE and sprawls.
Full Transformation Approach
Whether you want weight loss, muscle gain, or just to feel fitter, I tailor the program for you. Yoga Fitness sessions add flexibility and mental calm - ek badhiya (an excellent) balance to the grind.
Our Gear
Dedicated gym space with squat racks, barbells, battle ropes, climbing ropes, pull-up/dip bars, medicine balls, agility hurdles, cones, and training masks. No jugaad (no shortcuts).

My Story
I'm Kapil, founder of Vajra MMA. Main seedha bolta hoon (I speak straight). One person can't master everything, that's why we have a solid team - wrestler, boxer, Jiu-Jitsu guys, sab apne field ke expert (all experts in their own field). Hum khud bhi fight karte hain, abhi bhi ring mein utarte hain (we still compete). For me, fighting is about spiritual growth, facing fear head-on. Join us if you want to find your fighter spirit, not just learn punches.
