Training Specifications
- Format: Coach-led group sessions with batch sizes of 15-25 participants.
- Frequency: Access to 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Workout Style: High-intensity circuits involving tire flips, sledgehammer strikes, battle ropes, and animal flow mobility drills.
- Outdoor Drills: Includes periodic running and relay sessions at local parks.
Facility & Equipment
- Cooling: Non-AC environment; relies on industrial wall-mounted fans and natural ventilation.
- Flooring: 20mm to 25mm EVA interlocking puzzle mats (soft martial arts style).
- Hardware: Rugged functional items (tractor tires, ropes) and standard iron weights/barbells.
- Atmosphere: High-volume music and group-focused discipline.
1-on-1 Personal Training Package
Session Details
- Volume: 12 private sessions per month (averages 3 sessions per week).
- Duration: 60-75 minutes per session.
- Scheduling: Ability to book time slots outside of peak group class hours.
- Facility Access: Includes general gym floor usage for cardio on non-PT days.

How We Train
My sessions are a mix of everything the body craves for real strength.
- High-intensity circuits inspired by CrossFit and HIIT - tire flips, battle ropes, sledgehammers, box jumps. You’ll be moving fast, working hard, and feeling that group high-intensity training vibe.
- We lift heavy, no matter your gender. Big lifts like deadlifts and squats are our bread and butter. That’s how raw gym workouts should feel.
- Functional strength workouts and agility drills - animal walks, ladders, hurdles - to make you not just strong, but swift and balanced.

My Story
Hum hain Delhi Combat, par bas DC bula lo. Gym nahi, yeh apni squad hai - family hai. Yahan sab aate hain, kids se leke ladies, athletes, maa-beta jodi bhi. Kaam hai andar ka Yoddha bahar lana. Sirf technique, ego ko gate pe chhod do. Easy nahi hai, push karenge, jab lagta hai bas ab nahi ho sakta, tab asli training shuru hoti hai. Mazaa bhi aata hai, strength bhi milti hai.
