Battle ropes are a staple in our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions. This exercise is a killer cardio and upper body workout that builds endurance and muscle tone.
A member executes a kettlebell swing, a fundamental movement for developing power in the hips and strengthening the entire posterior chain. We incorporate kettlebells for both strength and conditioning.

About this collection
Our training floor in Timarpur isn't a standard gym. We train on specialized 25mm foam mats using equipment like 80kg tractor tires, heavy battle ropes, and gymnastic rings. It’s all about biomechanics and explosive power rather than repetitive cardio, ensuring you get a full-body workout that actually translates to everyday strength.
At MMA Masterkickers, we believe that if you aren't sweating, you aren't growing. Most gyms rely on repetitive machines that lock your movement into a fixed, predictable pattern. We do the opposite. We rotate through high-intensity circuit training that targets core stability and fat loss simultaneously.
Our equipment is heavy-duty because your training should be too. We use 50-80kg tractor tires for flips, which engage your entire posterior chain, and 15m battle ropes that will test your cardiovascular endurance in minutes. Whether you are aiming for rapid weight loss or performance-level strength, our sessions are structured to keep your body guessing and your energy high.
