- Fixed Slots: Classes run strictly on Mondays (11:00 AM) and Thursdays (11:00 AM & 12:15 PM).
- Frequency: Options range from 4 sessions (1x weekly) to 8 sessions (2x weekly) per month.
Facility & Class Profile
- Surface: Practice on professional high-density EVA martial arts mats ensuring soft impact for joints.
- Style: A blend of Hatha Yoga static holds, restorative flows, and mobility drills.
- Batch Size: Small groups of 6 to 12 participants allowed per slot.

- Equipment: Access to gym inventory including foam rollers and Swiss balls.
- Facilities: Changing rooms, washrooms, and open storage cubbies available on-site.

- Format: 100% dedicated instructor attention with hands-on manual adjustments.

What Our Classes Feel Like
Yoga here isn’t just about stretching. I mix Hatha and Restorative yoga with light movement, so your body gets flexible and your mind gets sharp. Meditation isn’t boring - it’s about teaching yourself to slow down, breathe, and find your own shanti (peace). I’ll guide you through short sessions that actually help with stress, not just talk about it.

How We Roll
Sessions are chill but disciplined. Mondays and Thursdays, we hit the mat for yoga and meditation. If you just want meditation, stick around after class on Thursday. No fancy stuff, just simple routines that work. Thoda (a little) effort, lots of benefit.

My Story
Started out in a regular park, just a kid chasing dreams. Fifteen years later, here we are - medals, black belt, all that jazz, but honestly, the real kick is seeing folks change, inside out. MMA Masterkickers isn’t just about punches and kicks. It’s about finding your own power, building mental strength, and yes, thoda power lagao! (Put in some power!) That’s what we’re about.

Non-violent Self-Defense & Lifestyle - Not a fight club. We teach discipline, focus, confidence, and non-violent self-defense. No boring workouts.
