Unconventional Group Strength Training
Training Schedule & Format
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), comprising 90-minute high-intensity sessions.
- Environment: Training conducted on natural dirt (mitti), open terraces, and service lanes to build environmental tolerance.
- Batch Size: Group cohort of 15-20 students under direct supervision.
Functional Equipment Access
- Heavy Resistance: Unlimited use of tractor/truck tires for flips, deadlifts, and farmer walks.
- Core & Grip Tools: Iron sledgehammer drills (5kg-10kg) and DIY car-rim barbells for raw strength training.
- Earth Digging: Specialized sessions using traditional farming hoes (Phawda) for lower back and stamina hardening.
Conditioning & Agility
- Endurance: Supervised 5km+ runs and sprints on highway service lanes.
- Agility Work: Ladder drills on concrete and bodyweight calisthenics (pushups/burpees) on grass.
1-on-1 Personal Coaching & Mentorship
Personalized Scope
- Attention: Exclusive 1-on-1 or semi-private training (max 2 students) with Coach Vishal.
- Goal Specific: Custom programming for weight loss, MMA conditioning, or Uniformed Services (Army/Police) physical prep.
- Technique Correction: Hands-on form correction for complex lifts to prevent injury and maximize load output.

Why I Do This
Log mujhe Coach kehte hain (People call me Coach). My style isn’t about comfort or fancy gyms. I believe real strength comes from struggle, not machines. Success here means getting your hands dirty and building a spirit that refuses to quit.
What Sets My Training Apart
No AC, no shiny equipment. I train people in parks, on open roads, and sometimes right on the dirt. It’s intense and raw - not for those looking for shortcuts.

How We Train
I use tire & sledgehammer workouts to build explosive power. We flip tractor tires, smash them with a sledgehammer, and even lift DIY tire barbells. For endurance, you dig pits with shovels and hoes (seriously). Sprints and long bodyweight circuits push your stamina till you think you’re done - then you go for three more.

You could be a fighter prepping for competition, a fitness lover bored of regular gyms, or just someone ready to test their mental toughness. If you want non-gym strength conditioning and don’t mind a bit of maramari (hard struggle), you’ll feel at home.

My Story
Main Vishal Duggal, SFL Gym aur King Panther Martial Art Academy ka coach. 10-5 ki naukri karna mere bas ki baat nahi thi. Mujhe apni zindagi mein kuch alag karna tha, kuch aisa jo family aur desh ke liye proud feel ho. Jab mere 'little stars' ring mein jeette hain, asli khushi tab milti hai. Hum medals ke liye nahi, character ke liye ladte hain. Sapna hai ek din hamare yahan se bhi koi UFC tak pahunche. Bas mehnat, mehnat, aur mehnat.
My Work
MMA, Wushu, Kickboxing, Thaiboxing, Self-Defense, Yoga - Hum sabko train karte hain - kids, adults, boys, girls. Desi MMA training, weight loss, strength building sab milta hai.
Desi Style Training - Yahan fancy gym nahi, asli mitti, tire uthana, highway running fitness. Raw kickboxing coaching hai, real hai, kaam karta hai.
Serious Trainees Only - Jeetne ki zidd chahiye. Time-pass waale please mat aana. State champion banna ho ya self-defense seekhna ho, full push milega.
Champions Banate Hain - Delhi State, SFL, Khelo India - humare students ne medals jeete hain. Hum champions banate hain.
