About this collection
I started training in a local park fifteen years ago, and that journey from a kid with a dream to an international karate champion shaped how we run things here. We don't believe in boring, repetitive gym routines. Every class is designed to build actual skill, discipline, and mental toughness, whether you are here for self-defense or just to get stronger.
Martial arts training at our academy is grounded in the belief that discipline is the foundation of all progress. When you step into our studio in Timarpur, you aren't just joining a gym. You are becoming part of a community that values grit, focus, and consistency over flashy, short-term trends.
The Founder's Vision
I am Kartikeya Goel, and my approach is simple: Train like a warrior. Having competed at the international level, including the USA Open, I understand what it takes to perform under pressure. My goal is to pass that knowledge on to you. We focus on biomechanics, explosive power, and injury prevention, ensuring that every move you learn is efficient and safe.
Our Coaching Methodology
I am joined by our Head Coach, Vijay Kumar, an expert in MMA, BJJ, and self-defense. Together, we don't just guide movements; we correct your form to ensure you get the maximum benefit from every session. Whether we are running a CrossFit circuit or a technical karate drill, our focus is always on:
- Real-world Application: Learning skills that matter for self-defense and everyday fitness.
- Mental Toughness: Developing the 'warrior mindset' to stay calm and responsive in any situation.
- Inclusivity: We adapt our techniques for everyone, from beginners and kids to seniors and athletes.
