Introducing BRYK TRIBE, our semi-private training sessions. Get the focused attention of personal training with the motivation of a small group, all at a fraction of the price.

BRYK Strength is our resistance training workout focused on proper lifting technique for heavy weights. This class is recommended for all levels looking to build a strong foundation.

Build your foundation with BRYK Core. This class mixes high-intensity, low-impact exercises to correct muscle imbalances and strengthen your core and posterior chain.

BOXCON is a full-body workout combining boxing techniques with strength and conditioning. Expect bag sequences, bodyweight drills, and strength exercises.

KICKBOXCON is a high-energy session designed to boost fitness, agility, and endurance. We use interactive games and conditioning drills for a dynamic martial arts workout.

Challenge your stamina with CARDIOKILLER. This is a nonstop, high-intensity, full-body workout designed to burn calories and push your limits. No two classes are the same.

Get the best of both worlds with BRYKFLEX. This hybrid class is a 50/50 split between HIIT and stretching, designed to improve cardio, endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Slow down and tune in with Yin Yoga. This class uses long-held postures to target deep connective tissues like ligaments and fascia, turning tension into a meditative state.

About Our Class Offerings

We do not believe in sticking to one routine. Whether you are aiming for functional strength or need to unwind with Yin Yoga, our classes allow you to mix and match disciplines to see what feels best for your body. If you are new to us, we suggest starting with our core or strength sessions to master your form before diving into our high-intensity HIIT or combat classes.
