Introducing BRYK TRIBE, our semi-private training sessions. Get the focused attention of personal training with the motivation of a small group, all at a fraction of the price.
BRYK Strength is our resistance training workout focused on proper lifting technique for heavy weights. This class is recommended for all levels looking to build a strong foundation.
Build your foundation with BRYK Core. This class mixes high-intensity, low-impact exercises to correct muscle imbalances and strengthen your core and posterior chain.
BOXCON is a full-body workout combining boxing techniques with strength and conditioning. Expect bag sequences, bodyweight drills, and strength exercises.
KICKBOXCON is a high-energy session designed to boost fitness, agility, and endurance. We use interactive games and conditioning drills for a dynamic martial arts workout.
Challenge your stamina with CARDIOKILLER. This is a nonstop, high-intensity, full-body workout designed to burn calories and push your limits. No two classes are the same.
Get the best of both worlds with BRYKFLEX. This hybrid class is a 50/50 split between HIIT and stretching, designed to improve cardio, endurance, strength, and flexibility.
Slow down and tune in with Yin Yoga. This class uses long-held postures to target deep connective tissues like ligaments and fascia, turning tension into a meditative state.
About Our Class Offerings
We do not believe in sticking to one routine. Whether you are aiming for functional strength or need to unwind with Yin Yoga, our classes allow you to mix and match disciplines to see what feels best for your body. If you are new to us, we suggest starting with our core or strength sessions to master your form before diving into our high-intensity HIIT or combat classes.
Our classes are built around the idea of movement as medicine. We keep things diverse so you never get bored and always find a new challenge. Here is how we break it down:
Strength and Foundation
If you want to build a solid base, start here. BRYK Strength focuses on resistance training and proper lifting techniques. We want you to feel confident moving weight, whether it is your first time in the gym or you are a regular. BRYK Core is equally important, mixing high-intensity and low-impact exercises to stabilize your posture and correct muscle imbalances.
High Energy and Cardio
Need to sweat it out? Our HIIT and conditioning classes are the answer. CardioKiller is exactly what it sounds like, a non-stop workout designed to push your limits. If you prefer to add a combat element, our BoxCon and KickboxCon classes combine real boxing and kickboxing techniques with strength drills. These are full-body workouts that leave you feeling stronger and lighter.
Flexibility and Recovery
We know that training hard requires recovery. Our Yin Yoga classes help you hold postures for longer periods, targeting your ligaments and fascia to turn deep tension into a meditative state. For those who want to mix intensity with mobility, BRYKFlex is our hybrid class, splitting time between HIIT and stretching to improve your cardio respiratory endurance and flexibility simultaneously.

Everything we do is about community. We keep our groups small enough that the coaches actually know your name and can correct your form, yet large enough to provide that infectious group energy. If you want even more focused attention, our semi-private 'Bryk Tribe' sessions offer a 1:3 coach-to-member ratio. No matter where you start, you are welcome here.
