Our group schedules change weekly to keep things fresh, so you're never stuck doing the same workout twice. Whether you’re eyeing an intense HIIT session or a morning yoga flow, you can drop in for a single class at ₹750–₹950 or grab our monthly membership for unlimited access to everything in the group roster.
Your Path to Fitness in Saket
Walking into our E-34 Saket studio is less about hitting a boring gym and more about joining a supportive group. We know that sticking to a routine is hard, which is why our roster is designed to keep you curious. One day you might be burning calories with a high-intensity HIIT session, and the next, you’re finding balance in a yoga flow or sweating it out in a Bollywood dance class.
How to Plan Your Visit
- Check the Schedule: Our weekly timetable is updated regularly. We balance morning (around 8 AM) and evening (around 7 PM) slots so you can find a time that fits your work routine.
- Choose Your Intensity: If you're new, start with Zumba or Yoga. If you’re ready to push, our Spinning and HIIT classes are built to test your stamina.
- Trial Classes: We always recommend a drop-in session first. It’s the best way to feel the studio vibe, meet the coaches—me, Pankaj, Harshita, or Shiv—and see how you handle the pace before committing to a monthly plan.
Membership vs. Drop-in
If you want total flexibility, our drop-in rate (₹750–₹950) lets you pay as you go. For those serious about consistency, our monthly unlimited membership is the way to go. It covers all group classes, ensures you have a spot reserved, and gives you full access to our lockers and valet parking. Note that this excludes specialized Reformer Pilates, which requires a separate booking.
