Here's what's happening this month. Our weekly schedule includes Strength & Conditioning, Mobility, Animal Flow, and a bonus surprise on Saturdays. We have convenient morning and evening batches at both our Indranagar and Whitefield locations.
A glimpse into what a week at AoS looks like. From resistance band lunges to other dynamic movements, every day is different, keeping your body challenged and your mind engaged.
Monday is for Strength and Conditioning. Here you see our members working on their barbell squats, building foundational strength to power them through the week.
On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we conquer. These are our Strength, Endurance, and Conditioning days, where we focus on building a powerful and resilient body through compound lifts and metabolic conditioning.
Tuesday is Mobility day. Here, a member works on her deep squat mobility, an essential component for injury prevention and improving performance in other lifts. It's not always about intensity; sometimes it's about control.
On Tuesdays, we mobilize. These sessions are dedicated to improving flexibility, recovery, and joint health. It's the work you do here that allows you to push harder on strength days.

More from our Strength and Conditioning class, featuring kettlebell farmer's walks and single-leg dumbbell rows. These functional movements build real-world strength that you can feel in your daily life.
On Thursdays, we flow. This is our dedicated Animal Flow day, where we work on ground-based movements that challenge your body and mind in new ways.
On the weekends, we celebrate. This often means taking our workouts outdoors for fun challenges, community events, or active recovery sessions like group runs.
About A Week at AoS: Our Classes
Most gyms leave you wandering around the weight floor wondering what to do next. At AoS, the week is mapped out for you. We rotate between heavy lifting on Mondays, recovery-focused mobility on Tuesdays, and high-energy Animal Flow on Thursdays. You show up, we tell you exactly what to do, and you leave feeling like you actually accomplished something instead of just burning time.
The Science Behind Our Weekly Split
We don't believe in magic fixes. We believe in showing up. Our weekly programming is designed to prevent the 'I don't know what to do' fatigue that makes most people quit the gym after three weeks.
- Strength & Conditioning (Mon/Wed/Fri): This is where we build the engine. We use barbells and kettlebells to focus on compound movements that build functional, real-world strength.
- Mobility (Tuesday): It is not about how much you can lift, but how well you can move. We focus on joint health and flexibility so your body actually feels good, not just tired.
- Animal Flow (Thursday): We challenge your coordination and mind-body connection with ground-based movement. It looks different, it feels different, and it keeps you engaged.
- Skill Saturdays: Sometimes we run, sometimes we work on handstands, and sometimes we do team challenges. It breaks the monotony.
Why This Works
If you only lift, you get tight. If you only stretch, you don't get stronger. By cycling these modalities, we ensure you are building a resilient body that handles daily life better. Whether you are training at our Indiranagar facility or our Whitefield space, you get the same level of coaching. Our coaches watch your form, adjust the weight to your current level, and make sure you aren't just moving, but moving correctly.
We keep the group sizes small (around a 1:10 coach-to-student ratio) because form correction matters. You are not a number in a spreadsheet here. You are someone we are coaching, which means if you need a modification for an old knee injury or you are completely new to fitness, we will adjust the daily plan for you immediately.
