This was the launch schedule for our new facility. It gives you an idea of the kind of special events and introductory sessions we run. We had a strength session with Calfunk, fundamentals of striking, and an intro to jiu-jitsu all in one day.
This was the schedule for our old Vasant Vihar location. We keep it here to show our history and how we've grown. We've moved all operations to our bigger and better facility in Vasant Kunj to provide a more comprehensive training experience.
About Class Schedules & Updates
We update our schedule frequently to balance our mat times and strength sessions, so do not rely on old screenshots you might have saved. Whether you are coming in for Muay Thai, BJJ, or strength work, check here to make sure you have the right time before you leave the house.
Training at Vasant Kunj
We have moved all our operations to Calfunk Fitness in Vasant Kunj to provide a more comprehensive space for our members. This location gives you the best of both worlds, with dedicated mats for technical work and a fully equipped gym for your strength and conditioning needs.
Understanding Our Schedule
We run a mix of discipline-specific classes and open training blocks. Here is what to watch out for when planning your week:
- Technical Classes: These are our core BJJ, MMA, and striking sessions. They start on time. If you are new, try to arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can get settled without rushing.
- Strength & Conditioning: We host these in the main lifting area. These are coached sessions, so expect to focus on form and functional movement rather than just moving heavy weight.
- Drilling & Open Mat: This is your time to get extra work in, ask questions, or just get some rounds in with your training partners. We encourage everyone to use this time to fix the holes in their game.
Updates and Changes
Because we are an active fight team, we occasionally adjust class times to accommodate competition camps or special seminars. If you see an update posted here, that is the version to follow. We do not use formal notices; we just update the board and the schedule. Keep an eye on this page to ensure you don't miss a session or walk in during a private training block.
