Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. From shadow boxing to BollyFitX, we mix agility, rhythm, and strength so you actually want to show up.

Who says workouts have to be in the gym? Playing a sport like basketball is a fantastic way to get your cardio in, improve agility, and lose some extra kgs while having fun.

Agility ladder drills are a core part of our training. They are excellent for improving footwork, coordination, and speed. Plus, they add a fun, athletic challenge to any workout.

Stepper aerobics is a classic for a reason. It's a high-intensity, low-impact cardio workout that builds leg strength, reduces fat, and boosts cardiovascular health.

Our BollyFitX classes are pure joy and energy. It's a full-body cardio workout where you dance to the best Bollywood tracks. You'll be sweating with a smile on your face.

About More Than a Gym: Boxing, Dance & Agility

You won't find mindless treadmill hours here. When you step into my studio, we are constantly switching gears—using agility ladders to improve your footwork, shadow boxing to let out that pent-up stress, and dance fitness to get your heart rate up without you even realizing it. It is all about keeping your body guessing and your mind engaged, not just counting reps.

Why We Mix It Up

If you do the same thing every day, your body stops changing and your mind gets bored. That is why I built a program that isn't tied to one style. We use agility drills, boxing, and dance because they train your brain and body to coordinate in ways a static gym workout just can't.

What to Expect in Class

  • Agility & Coordination: We use ladder drills and cones to make you quicker on your feet. This isn't just for athletes; it helps with balance and reaction time in everyday life.
  • Boxing & Stress Relief: Boxing is my go-to for clearing the head. It is intense cardio that lets you throw punches and dump the frustration from your day.
  • Dance Fitness: Whether it is BollyFitX or Zumba, we don't care if you have two left feet. The goal is to move, sweat, and have fun. If you're smiling while you're panting, I've done my job.

I’ll call you out if your form is off—because I care about your safety—but we also celebrate every single win together.
