Yoga is not just movement; it is a science of alignment. I teach you to calibrate your body, release emotional blockages, and build a mind as steady as steel.

My own journey of battling medical odds with Iyengar yoga led me to build this sanctuary of wellness. I went from healing myself to healing others.

A healthy heart is the foundation of a vibrant life, leading to glowing skin and clarity of thought. I invite you to join me to keep your heart and body fit.

Here I am in Gomukhasana. As Guruji taught, we must create space in the muscles and skin so the body's fine network can fit into the asana.

In Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), I find a moment of balance and awakening. Each pose in Iyengar yoga is a journey to inner peace.

This is my transformation. My yoga journey has taught me that every practice is a step toward self-discovery, and I am here to help you discover your own power.

It was an unforgettable milestone to represent the wisdom of Iyengar Yoga on a global stage at UNESCO.

About The Yogic Path: My Philosophy

I teach alignment like pouring water from a beaker to a glass. When your physical alignment is off, your energy spills, leading to fatigue and chronic issues. My classes focus on resetting this structure first, utilizing precise props to ensure your reservoir of health is never depleted. If you come to my class expecting a casual flow, you will be surprised; we focus on the mechanics of the body to heal the mind.

A Science, Not a Performance

Many see yoga as a workout, but I teach it as a biological science. At my center, Yogakshema in Delhi, we do not chase 'poses'; we pursue precision. The Iyengar method is distinct because it uses tools—ropes, chairs, bolsters, and wooden bricks—to ensure that even if you have stiff muscles or a painful spine, you can achieve the correct position safely.

Why Alignment Matters

Your body holds your life's story, including unspoken grief, stress, and physical trauma. A closed chest or a stiff spine indicates emotional blockages. In my sessions, we focus on:

  • Endocrine Health: Using inversions and specific asanas to support hormonal balance and PCOS management.
  • Structural Integrity: Dissecting muscle movement to fix pelvic and spinal alignment, which is the root of most chronic pain.
  • Emotional Release: Using chest-openers to release tension stored in the body, which helps in regaining mental clarity.

The Path Forward

This is not a drop-in hobby. My methodology requires discipline. Whether you are in my Introductory Course or the Advanced Membership, you are here to learn the subject of yoga. We move from standing poses that build the foundation for digestion and pelvic health, to advanced inversions like Sirsasana that regulate the endocrine system. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you.

I don’t teach flow or aesthetics; I teach the science of the body. My practice at Yogakshema is about fixing what’s broken—whether it’s a spine, a hormonal imbalance, or a mind that simply won’t be still.
