I teach Iyengar yoga not as a simple stretch, but as a precise science to realign your body and mind. This is where I share my core work—using props and strict alignment to build strength, release blockages, and reclaim your health.

This is the core of my work. We use precise alignment, often with props, to release deep-seated emotional blockages held in the body. Here, I am guiding a student to open her spine, which is essential for creating the internal strength needed to navigate life's challenges. This is not just exercise; it is a profound rewiring of your system.

Many women suffer from intense pain after surgeries like a C-section, often due to trapped gas. Instead of relying on painkillers, I teach specific, precise postures like this supported Prasarita Padottanasana. This pose creates space in the pelvic floor and abdomen, allowing the gas to release naturally and providing immediate relief.

I often get asked why PCOS and PCOD are so prevalent today. It is because the modern woman carries an immense burden, and her body pays the price. In my classes, I deconstruct the societal and physical pressures that lead to hormonal imbalance and teach you how to use yoga to manage your health through every phase of life.

Your body is a direct reflection of your mental and emotional state. Emotional blockages manifest as physical ailments like backaches, anxiety, or migraines. Yoga is the most powerful tool you have to work on these hidden layers, open your energy channels or chakras, and fundamentally change your health. In Iyengar yoga, props like chairs and blankets are not for comfort; they are scientific tools for alignment. This supported shoulder stand (Sarvangasana) variation allows the body to achieve the correct posture safely, calming the nervous system and improving circulation without straining the neck. This is how we make the practice accessible and therapeutic for every body type.
