My Story
Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar’s words kinda stuck with me: yoga ferried me from confusion to clarity. I’m Amina, certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, but honestly, always a student first. What I share isn’t just mine - it’s passed down, guru to student, old-school style. Every pose, every breath, it’s about connecting body, mind, soul. Discipline, yes, but also kindness to yourself. My job? Just holding space, passing on what my teachers gave me. We’re all just finding that little spark inside.
