About Yoga Therapy & Rehabilitation

Yoga therapy isn’t just about stretching - it’s about reconnecting with your own sharir (body) and chetna (consciousness). Most of us think we know our bodies, but asli mein (in reality), there’s a lot we miss. I use yog ke dwara (through yoga) to help you understand your body and mind in a deeper way.

How I Work

  • Every session starts with a detailed chat - your health, goals, and reports matter.
  • I design a personalized yoga rehabilitation program, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
  • I follow the Iyengar tradition, focusing on correct alignment and using props. Yeh props (these props) aren’t shortcuts, they make asanas safer and more accessible, especially for pain, injuries, or if you’re new.
  • I connect each asana to your actual muscles and joints, so you know why you’re doing what you’re doing.

What We Address

  • Pain management: cervical, back, disc bulge, sciatica, frozen shoulder - postural correction and strengthening.
  • Chronic conditions: diabetes, BP, thyroid, PCOD/PCOS, migraines. Restorative yoga for hormone balance.
  • Mind and mood: stress, anxiety, depression, sleep issues - holistic yoga therapy for stress and emotional release.

My Story

Namaskar, I’m Gyan. Pehle CA ki padhai kar raha tha, par kuch khaas missing tha. Jab yoga mila, laga jaise doosra janam ho gaya. Gurukul aur mere guru Swami Ramdev ji se purusharth ka asli matlab samjha, aur Arogyam Vardan shuru kiya. Yahan hum healing ko seriously lete hain – students ki chronic pain aur anxiety door hoti dekh ke hi asli safalta lagti hai. Award mila recently, par asli khushi logo ki zindagi badalte dekh ke milti hai.
