- Prop Requirement: Instructor advises on necessary props (Strap, Block, Mat), but the user must self-procure them.

Every session is one-on-one and custom. I use lots of props - blocks, belts, chairs - so even if you’re stiff or recovering, you’re not left out. Adaptive yoga for limited mobility is a big part of my approach. Online and in-person options available.
