About Fitness & Flexibility Coaching
I’m a martial arts lover first, so my approach to fitness isn’t your usual gym routine. I believe real progress comes from pushing your limits – not just sweating it out easy. The pain today, woh kal ki strength ban jaati hai (it becomes tomorrow’s strength).
Real Strength & Flexibility
My sessions are built for making your body strong and truly flexible. I focus on:
- Flexibility improvement for beginners and advanced levels: daily stretches, splits, and slow progress, not shortcuts.
- Functional strength training using your own bodyweight – push-ups, crunches, core work, and even partner drills like wheelbarrow push-ups. Sometimes we take it outside, using monkey bars or just open space for natural movement.
Results? Many of my students end up with a core so strong, you can literally stand on their abs. That’s the level we chase.
Mind-Body Connection
It’s not just about muscle. I mix in Surya Namaskar and yoga moves, so your mind and body start working together as one.
How We Train
I work with everyone – kids, teens, adults, total beginners or those already fit. We train in the dojo, in parks, or I’ll guide you for home workouts. Doesn’t matter where you start.
Join me, and you join a family. Main hamesha saath hoon (I’m always with you), pushing you, cheering you, guiding you.

My Story
Hey, we’re Universal Martial Arts. Training is just what we do, every day, everywhere. Our family’s always together – park, dojo, even at home, learning from our guru Satish Kumar. Medals, tournaments, Diwali, new cars, all of it, we celebrate as a team. My little brother’s a black belt too, proud moment. For us, martial arts isn’t a job, it’s family, it’s life.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Classes - We teach Shotokan Karate, kickboxing, Surya Namaskar, abs workouts, and self-defence Hindi tutorials.
All Ages Welcome - Kids, teens, adults – everyone can join. Classes are safe, fun, and supportive.
Karate Belt Grading & Competition Prep - We coach students for karate belt grading and national competitions. Lots of medals, lots of sweat.
Learning Under Guru Satish Kumar - We train and teach under our director and chief coach, Satish Kumar. He’s our guide.
