Calisthenics & Advanced Flexibility

I teach you how to build incredible strength and flexibility using just your body weight and your surroundings. We work on everything from splits and handstands to advanced poses, proving you don't need a gym to be strong.

Prenatal Yoga

My gentle prenatal yoga classes are designed to support you through pregnancy. We focus on movements that improve sleep, reduce stress, and build strength for childbirth in a calm and comfortable setting.

Gentle Yoga for Seniors

Fitness has no age limit. I offer super gentle yoga sessions for seniors to improve joint mobility, maintain muscle strength, and feel better overall, with exercises that can even be done on a bed.
