Personal Yoga and Bodyweight Training Sessions
Fitness should be fun, not a chore. Whether we meet at a park, in the studio, or at your home, I help you build strength and flexibility using real-world movements.
This clip shows a glimpse of a personal training session at a client's home. We work on a variety of movements, from core work to backbends, tailored to individual goals and fitness levels.
A little bit of fun showing the difference a trainer can make. While you can work out alone, having a coach ensures proper form and pushes you to get the most out of every exercise.
This video demonstrates a simple but effective core workout using a ball. This exercise targets the abdominal muscles and improves coordination as you pass the ball from your hands to your feet.
Skipping is a fantastic cardio workout that you can do anywhere. In this video, I'm practicing different skipping techniques in the park to improve stamina and coordination.
This is the Paschimottanasana, or seated forward bend. It's a wonderful yoga pose for stretching the hamstrings and back, calming the nervous system, and improving digestion.
About My Training Sessions & Workouts
I do not believe in fancy gym equipment. My sessions are designed to fit your life, whether we are using the railings at a Sector 19 park for calisthenics or setting up a yoga mat in your living room. We prioritize form over machines, so expect hands-on adjustments and plenty of encouragement to help you hit your goals, no matter your age or current fitness level.
My training philosophy is simple: if you can move, you can train. I bring a blend of Hatha yoga, bodyweight drills, and calisthenics directly to you. This means we skip the expensive gym memberships and focus on what your body can actually do.
How We Train
- Park & Outdoor Sessions: I frequently use public infrastructure like monkey bars and benches in Sector 19 parks to teach functional movements. It is an effective way to train outside while getting fresh air.
- Home Personal Training: For those who prefer privacy, I travel to your home across the Dwarka area. These sessions are highly customized—we work on specific goals like gaining mobility for splits, building core strength with handstand drills, or simply finding the energy to keep up with daily life.
- Family & Group Fitness: Fitness is a habit that’s easier to build when you do it together. I encourage family participation, from partner acro yoga to playful push-ups with kids.
Specialized Care
I also work with groups who need a gentler approach. My prenatal sessions focus on breathwork and safe movement for expecting mothers, while my senior yoga classes are designed to improve joint mobility and can even be adapted for bed-bound or chair-based routines.
My primary goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and capable. We work at your pace, using your own body weight to gain strength, improve your balance, and most importantly, enjoy the process.
