Why I Teach Yoga
Six years back, I quit the corporate rat race and started teaching yoga full-time. Sach bolun toh, I just wanted to help women feel better, inside and out. With me, it's always 'Yoga se Hoga'. My classes are made for women, by a woman - I know your struggles because I've lived them too.
What My Yoga Sessions Look Like
I do only one-on-one sessions, either online or at your home if you’re in North Delhi. Online private yoga session is super easy - we just need a solid internet connection and Zoom. For in-person classes, I travel to areas like Model Town, GTB Nagar, and Civil Lines. Flexibility in timing is something I genuinely try for, because life gets hectic.

We’ll work together on whatever matters most to you:
- Yoga for hormonal balance, thyroid, and even those mood swings
- Weight loss (especially belly fat that refuses to budge)
- Yoga for menstrual health, menopause symptoms, and overall fitness
- Back pain, stress relief, and flexibility
- Building core strength and immunity I use Hatha and Vinyasa poses, breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom, and short meditations. If mat yoga is tough, I do Chair Yoga too.
Kids’ Yoga
Little Yogis classes are all about fun and movement. Kids get to learn focus, body awareness, and a bit of calm - trust me, they love it!

My Story
Main Nidhi hoon. 6 saal pehle corporate job chhod ke yoga ki duniya mein aa gayi. Bas ek junoon tha - yoga se kuch badalna hai, especially for women. Iss safar mein, kitne amazing log mile, unse seekha bhi, aur khud bhi grow kiya. Kabhi kabhi students ke feedback padh ke aankhon mein aansu aa jaate hain, sach mein. Unko heal kar paana, unki life mein thoda sa bhi farq laana, yahi meri asli kamai hai. Nam Yoho Renge Kyo.
