Whether you want to build strength in the park or need gentle yoga at home, I help you make movement a part of your daily rhythm. No fancy gym gear required, just fitness that feels good.

I believe that staying active is something the whole family can enjoy together. Here we are, having some fun with a three-person acro yoga pose in the park. It’s all about teamwork, balance, and lots of laughter.

You don't need a gym to build amazing flexibility. This is me using simple park bars to work on my splits, proving that you can get a great stretch and workout anywhere, anytime.

This is one of my proudest moments. My four-year-old son attempting a clap push-up alongside his dad. It shows that starting young with bodyweight exercises builds a great foundation for lifelong fitness.

Fitness is for every age. This video shows a few gentle yoga and strengthening exercises from my senior fitness program, designed to improve mobility and keep joints happy, all from the comfort of home.

Acro yoga is a fantastic way to build strength and trust with a partner. This pose requires core stability from both the base and the flyer, and it’s a fun challenge we can work towards in my partner sessions.

My prenatal yoga sessions are designed to support expecting mothers. We focus on gentle seated poses and breathing exercises to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and prepare the body for childbirth.

This is a great example of calisthenics in action. I'm using the railings at a local park to practice a planche variation, a bodyweight move that builds incredible upper body and core strength.

Outdoor & Studio Sessions My group calisthenics and yoga classes happen at The Marun Dance Studio or in the open air at Sector 19 parks. Being outdoors helps build real-world strength using existing infrastructure like railings and bars, not just machines.
