Family Fitness and Outdoor Workouts
Fitness isn't a chore, it's just playtime. Whether we're in the park or at home, we make moving your body something the whole family can look forward to.
Getting the whole family involved in a yoga session at home. Here, we are all practicing the bridge pose, a great way to strengthen the back and improve flexibility for both adults and kids.
A typical family workout session for us in the park. We mix simple bodyweight movements and fun exercises to keep everyone engaged and moving, making fitness feel like playtime.
You can practice yoga anywhere, even on a jungle safari. Here I am doing a wheel pose on the back of a jeep while my kids watch on, making fitness an adventure.
I encourage kids to build strength through play. This video shows my son navigating different obstacles at the park, from climbing walls to rope nets, which is a great natural workout.
About Family Fitness Fun
You don't need a gym or fancy equipment to get fit, and you certainly don't need to leave your family behind. My sessions are designed for everyone from kids to grandparents, taking place in local parks or your own living room. We mix calisthenics drills with yoga flows, ensuring you get a solid workout while your family participates in the fun.
I believe fitness is a lifestyle, not a chore. When I work with families, the goal is to make movement a shared experience. We use the infrastructure available—like park railings, monkey bars, or just the floor—to build strength and flexibility. It’s practical, it’s accessible, and it removes the barrier of having to carve out time away from your family.
Whether we are in a park in Sector 19 or at your home in Dwarka, the structure is adaptable. We break things down:
- For the kids: We use obstacles, climbing, and playful drills to build coordination and confidence without it feeling like a 'workout.'
- For adults: We incorporate calisthenics, bodyweight movements, and yoga flows to challenge your strength and range of motion.
- For the whole group: We use partner-based acro yoga and group stretching to keep everyone engaged.
You don't need to worry about being a pro athlete. Everything is scalable. If you're a parent trying to squeeze in exercise or looking for an activity that gets your kids off their devices and moving, this is the environment for it. We focus on form and safety, but the atmosphere is all about encouragement and laughter. If you’re ready to start, we can pick a nearby park or arrange a home session that fits your schedule.
Honey Power Yoga
I'm a trainer who believes movement is better when it's shared. You'll catch me doing push-ups with my son or stretching in the park with my family. My sessions are about building strength and habits together, without the stuffy gym atmosphere.
