Fitness isn't a chore, it's just playtime. Whether we're in the park or at home, we make moving your body something the whole family can look forward to.

Getting the whole family involved in a yoga session at home. Here, we are all practicing the bridge pose, a great way to strengthen the back and improve flexibility for both adults and kids.

You can practice yoga anywhere, even on a jungle safari. Here I am doing a wheel pose on the back of a jeep while my kids watch on, making fitness an adventure.

I encourage kids to build strength through play. This video shows my son navigating different obstacles at the park, from climbing walls to rope nets, which is a great natural workout.

You don't need a gym or fancy equipment to get fit, and you certainly don't need to leave your family behind. My sessions are designed for everyone from kids to grandparents, taking place in local parks or your own living room. We mix calisthenics drills with yoga flows, ensuring you get a solid workout while your family participates in the fun.
