About Prenatal Yoga

I come to your home in Delhi NCR so you can skip the commute and stay in your comfort zone. My prenatal sessions are all about what you need in this specific trimester, whether that is easing lower back pain, improving your sleep, or just finding a bit of calm. We use simple household supports like pillows and chairs, so you don't need any special equipment to get started.

Your Pregnancy, Your Pace

Pregnancy changes everything, including how you should move. My approach is simple: safety comes first. We focus on breathing techniques (Pranayama) to calm your nervous system and low-impact movements that prepare your body for childbirth.

Many moms ask me if they need to be flexible to start—you absolutely do not. We start exactly where you are today.
