Find your balance suspended in the air. We use soft, hanging hammocks to help you move deeper into stretches, decompress your spine, and build core strength in our Basaveshwar Nagar studio.

This video showcases our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course, affiliated with S-VYASA University. You can see students learning various postures, from gentle swings to full inversions, in our well-equipped studio.

Demonstrating an inverted aerial yoga pose. This type of inversion uses the hammock to support the body, allowing for spinal decompression and improved blood flow without any pressure on the neck or shoulders.

A student testimonial in action. This video shows a client moving through different aerial and mat-based poses, sharing her positive experience and inviting others to join and heal their body and mind.

A moment of calm before our aerial yoga class begins. Students are centered in Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose) on their mats, with the colorful aerial silks hanging above, ready for practice.

Fun and fitness go hand in hand. Here, students are enjoying a playful moment in the aerial hammocks, holding heart-shaped balloons during a special themed class.

This collage captures the variety within a single aerial yoga session. It shows students in different phases of practice, from pranayama and inversions to group photos, highlighting the holistic nature of our classes.

This is a demonstration of a dynamic aerial silk transition. It requires core strength, coordination, and trust in the equipment, showing the more advanced and athletic side of aerial practice.

Holding a stable inversion in the aerial yoga straps. This pose, known as Baddha Konasana in the straps, is excellent for opening the hips and building upper body stability.

About Aerial Yoga

If you are new to this, the hammock might look intimidating, but it is actually the most supportive tool you will ever use. It takes the weight off your joints, letting you hold inversions comfortably and safely, which is nearly impossible on a standard mat. It is just you, the silk, and gravity working together to release tension in your neck and shoulders.
