Fitness is not just about counting reps. At HITYOGA, we blend functional strength training with traditional discipline to build a body that serves you in real life, not just on the gym floor.

Strength and stillness are two sides of the same coin. Here I am at Fit Palace, taking a moment to flex after a powerful workout session, seated on a tractor tire used for functional training.

I believe in leading by example, and that includes pushing my own limits. This is a clip of my sprint training, a key component of the cardio and endurance work we incorporate into our programs.

About this collection

When you step into the Fit Palace gym space, don't expect the usual isolation machines. We use tractor tires, battle ropes, and functional circuits that demand full-body engagement. It is gritty, raw, and designed to improve your everyday movement—whether you are lifting groceries, running, or trekking up a hill.

Building Real-World Strength

I believe the body is meant to move, not just sit on a bench press. My functional strength and cardio training is about preparing you for life outside the gym. We focus on metabolic conditioning, explosive power, and endurance. By combining heavy lifting with HIIT sessions, we burn fat while building lean muscle that actually functions when you need it.

The Hybrid Approach

Unlike standard gym routines, my programs integrate Hatha and Aerial yoga. We don't just tear down muscle fibers during a workout; we use pranayama and focused breathing to calm the nervous system afterward. This approach helps in faster recovery and keeps your mind as sharp as your physique.
