I combine functional gym training with traditional aerial and Hatha yoga. This is not just a workout; it is a 12-week shift from mind to muscle, designed for real results.

This is what my integrated fitness philosophy looks like. I find stillness and focus through meditation, even in the middle of a gym surrounded by strength equipment. It's about balancing the calm of yoga with the power of functional training.

Here I am guiding a student through a rope climb, a core part of our functional fitness training. I focus on proper technique and encouragement to help you build upper body and core strength you never thought you had.

Experience the freedom of aerial yoga in our spacious studio. This group shot shows students exploring anti-gravity asanas, which helps decompress the spine, improve flexibility, and build strength in a fun, dynamic way.

The energy in our studio during a 108 Surya Namaskara session is incredible. This video shows our community moving together, a powerful practice that builds heat, stamina, and a collective sense of purpose.

This is more than just a workout, it's an adventure. Here, I'm with my students in the Himalayas, creating a group yoga pose against the stunning backdrop of Pangong Lake. We take fitness beyond the studio walls.
