Two Training Paths
- Yoga Instructor Course (Y.I.C): For those starting out, this 300-hour program covers Ashtanga, Hatha, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and our signature Integrated yoga therapy approach. Online or offline, mornings, with batches every quarter.
- Aerial Yoga Teacher Training: If you’re already certified, this takes you into advanced aerial postures, class sequencing, safety, and dual certification. Bengaluru weekends or intensive residential at S-VYASA campus.
