About this collection
Training with us isn't a solitary gym session. When you join our cohort or weekly classes, you are stepping into a group that actually shows up. We hold each other accountable through shared pranayama, group aerial flows, and weekend treks. If you prefer to train in silence, we might not be the right fit, but if you want a community that keeps you honest on your goals, this is where you belong.
At HITYOGA, I believe that the 'Right to Yoga' is a commitment we make together. My approach in Basaveshwar Nagar bridges the gap between ancient Hatha traditions and modern, functional fitness. Whether you are aiming for physical strength through our gym-based routines or mental clarity through our aerial and mat sessions, you are doing it alongside a group of people who are on their own paths of transformation.
Our Approach
- 12-Week Transformation Cohorts: For those who want structure, this program is our core offering. It is a 3-month commitment involving 5 to 6 sessions per week, blending strength training, aerial yoga, and trekking. We track your progress, not just your attendance.
- Monthly Membership: If you need flexibility, our monthly integrated membership gives you access to the gym floor at Fit Palace and our scheduled studio classes. It is perfect if you want to mix aerial flows, Zumba, and traditional Hatha yoga into your own schedule.
- S-VYASA Certification: As a certified instructor affiliated with S-VYASA University, I bring authenticity to every class. My students don't just learn poses; they understand the 'why' behind the practice.
Why Community Matters
Fitness often fails because of loneliness. By training in groups, the energy remains high. When you see others pushing through their own limits, it becomes easier to push through yours. We celebrate every milestone together, from mastering your first inversion in an aerial hammock to successfully completing our weekend Himalayan treks.
