About this collection
Aerial yoga is more than just those popular inverted photos. We use professional grade hammocks to ensure you stay safe while exploring new angles. Every session includes a thorough walkthrough on how to get in and out of the fabric, so whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you feel secure before we even lift off the ground.
Aerial yoga, often called anti gravity yoga, is a unique way to deepen your practice by using a hammock for support. It takes the pressure off your joints while allowing you to access poses that might feel restrictive on a standard mat. In our JP Nagar studios, we have seen members use this style to release deep tension in the lower back and shoulders, which are common stress points for many office professionals in Bangalore.
We keep our classes small and intimate. This allows our instructors to provide the hands-on guidance necessary to help you move through flows, stretches, and inversions with confidence. You do not need to be flexible or strong to start. The hammock acts as a partner, helping you hold your weight so you can focus on the breath and the movement rather than the struggle of the pose.
We offer these sessions in our fully equipped studios with natural light and wooden floors. If you have been looking for a change from traditional floor-based yoga, this is a wonderful way to shake up your routine and add an element of play to your wellness journey.
